Session Information

I offer one-to-one online and in-person therapy to adults. This can be short-term or long-term, depending on clients’ circumstances and goals. Individual preferences can be discussed during the initial consultation.

Sessions last 50 minutes and can be in-person in Hackney, online or a combination. They usually take place weekly on the same day and time of the week.

The first session will be partly an introductory session and partly an assessment session. It will last 50 minutes and will be charged at the usual rate. This session will be an opportunity for me to find out more about you, your goals and expectations, and whether I can help. It will also be an opportunity for you to get a sense of me, ask any questions you may have, and decide whether this feels right for you.

I am fluent in English and Greek and can offer sessions in both languages.

Sessions In-Person & Online

In-person sessions take place in the heart of Hackney in East London. The therapy rooms I rent are welcoming and peaceful in a dedicate space for psychological therapies, where confidentiality and privacy are carefully considered. They are situated on Mare Street near Hackney Central, within easy reach of public transport.

Online sessions are offered via Google Meet. They provide the flexibility to receive support from anywhere with an internet connection, so you can focus on your mental health without worrying about travel or location limitations. Whether you are at home, at work, or on the go, online sessions offer a convenient and accessible way to take care of yourself.

Fees & Availability

I offer sessions on weekdays between 10am and 3pm.

Both online and in-person sessions are £60.

I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation, either via video call or over the phone, depending on individual preferences.

Upcoming sessions are required to be paid at least 24 hours in advance via bank transfer.

Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice, sessions with less notice will be charged.
